An Architectural icon in the southern coastline previously designed by Architects Valentine Gunasekara and Chris De Seram. Designforum rejuvenated this property with a new theme keeping its old glory intact. The renovation was done to the reception, the link, bedrooms and the pool. The cost and the time were limitations and all targets were met satisfactorily. The renovation not only uplifted its lost spirit but its commercial value. The property was later bought by a new group with a vision to extend the functions.
