Design Forum has partnered with DFCC bank for most of their island-wide branch network including refurbishments to the head office. While creating a corporate identity at the head office the branches are set up to invite the “local” customer. 

Kurunegala being an A+Branch was designed to portray the bank’s changing image in the corporate trade. Its widened network is solidified at this premium branch by offering the customer a clinical state of the art service. As an urban infill in the township of Kurunegala, the building is set back with a covered overhang to shade the public extended walkways as a catalyst to the city's urban development.
